Job summary

A leading manufacturing group in Klang City is seeking candidates for roles that involve assisting overseas customers, especially in industrial safety products. Applicants should possess a Diploma or Degree, and strong communication skills in Mandarin are preferred, as the candidates will interact with Mandarin-speaking customers. Familiarity with trading firms is a plus, and the position may require travel to Europe and the US for various projects. Successful candidates will join dynamic teams for daily online meetings and projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in spoken Mandarin (Putonghua) preferred.
• Previous experience in trading firms or foreign capital liaison office is a plus.
• 2 years of working experience preferred but not a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist in lining up potential overseas customers,
• Be involved in new (industrial safety) products/samples development,
• Communicate with overseas customers in English by email,
• Work with the ES (Export Sales) and PM (Production Management) teams in China on sales and production (preferably in Putonghua),
• Directly communicate with our production lines in Vietnam and China, if necessary,
• Report to Hong Kong headquarters on progress of work,
• Occasional travels to Europe and the US,
• Take part in daily online work meetings.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree Holder,
• Ability to communicate in spoken Mandarin (Putonghua) preferred; we are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Computer-literate,
• Previous experience in trading firms or foreign capital liaison office preferred,
• 2 years of working experience preferred but not a must,
