About the role
This is a full-time Sales role based in Perak . As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the concrete industry. This is a key strategic position that will have a direct impact on the success of the organization.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients as their primary contact
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and execution
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery by addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and project details
  • Conduct regular meetings to discuss client goals and objectives
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing any post-sales inquiries or concerns
  • Collaborate with the Credit Control Unit to follow up on overdue payments and resolve billing disputes
  • Prepare reports on client activity, satisfaction, and retention for management review
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field
  • Ability to speak Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the concrete or construction industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Passion for the concrete industry and a drive to succeed
