Job Purpose

• To contribute and ensure that individual sales targets for the year are met.
• To participate in all sales activities organized by the bank and actively seek sales opportunities through roadshows, events, and door-to-door marketing.

Accountability

• To meet the monthly targets of credit card approval, card activation, and balance transfer, as set by management.
• To participate in any roadshow or sales activities organized by the bank for card acquisition.
• Actively acquire new-to-bank (NTB) customers and cross-sell other bank products where appropriate.
• Ensure all sales are conducted face-to-face, with proper customer verification to prevent fraudulent applications.
• Comply with FSA/iFSA 2013, PDPA 2010, AMLATFPUAA 2014, and other relevant guidelines.
• Maintain the bank's code of ethics.
