Job summary

A leading printing company in Penang is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to generate and qualify leads. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and collaborating with departments for timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should have a diploma, experience in the printing industry, and possess strong communication skills. This role requires maintaining client relationships and being proactive in support and customer engagement.

Job description

Generate and qualify sales leads by proactively seeking out new customers and market.

Prepare and issue detail quotation for customers including pricing and delivery terms.

Take ownership of sales opportunities, engage customer, negotiate terms and close sales deals.

Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system for production and delivery.

Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and resolve any issue.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concern promptly.

Actively follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders to ensure a smooth sales process.

Provide post-sale support by following up with customers, addressing issues, and managing warranty or after sales service needs.

Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, track progress towards targets, and report on performance to senior management.

Work independently to meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall teams by closing sales deals and generating new business.

Any other task as instructed by the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent in any field.

Minimum 2 year of working experience in similar position in Printing Industry.

Pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, reliable and a team player.

Possess own transportation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
