- A Sales and Marketing job involves creating and executing strategies to attract customers and drive revenue, covering market research, campaign management, lead generation (marketing), and closing deals (sales), requiring skills in communication, analysis, digital tools (like CRM), and collaboration to boost brand awareness and meet sales targets. Key duties include developing strategies, running campaigns, analyzing data, managing client relationships, and reporting on performance to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement integrated sales & marketing plans, researching market trends and competitor activities.

Marketing Execution: Create marketing materials (digital/print), manage campaigns, organize promotions, and generate leads.

Sales Activities: Generate and nurture leads, manage sales pipelines, meet targets, and build customer relationships.

Analysis & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze consumer behavior, create sales forecasts, and report metrics to management.

Collaboration: Work with design/content teams, coordinate with internal departments, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
