Sales/ Business Development Manager – Ipoh

Motivate, mentor, and manage a high‑performing sales team to achieve their full potential.

Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to drive individual and team excellence.

Set clear sales targets and action plans while maintaining a culture of accountability and collaboration.

2. Achieve Company Sales Goals & Targets

Develop strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets in alignment with the company’s business objectives.

Monitor KPIs and provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and sales analysis.

Continuously drive growth by identifying areas for improvement in sales processes and strategies.

3. Manage Customer Relationships

Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships through excellent service and regular engagement.

Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing concerns, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Implement customer retention strategies to ensure long‑term satisfaction and loyalty.

Design and execute robust sales plans that align with market trends and customer demand.

Leverage data‑driven insights to refine tactics, target new segments, and maximize profitability.

Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with company standards and policies.

5. Collaborate with Other Departments

Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of strategies.

Facilitate cross‑departmental communication to optimize customer experience and streamline internal processes.

6. Identify New Business Opportunities

Continuously explore new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.

Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and develop new revenue streams.

Proactively seek feedback from customers and market data to refine offerings and value propositions.

Job Requirements
