About the role

As a Sales and Business Development Manager at Face Craft Studio, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the day to day sales. This is a full-time position based in Batu Caves, Selangor, and you will play a crucial role in driving growth and success for the company.

What you\'ll be doing
  • Manage and grow the FCS sales daily
  • Develop and implement account plans to increase company sales and revenue
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your client base
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives
  • Strategic to increase the sales for the company
What we\'re looking for
  • Managing the staff handling any situation with the client
  • Preparing the report on daily basis
  • Connecting with vendor for any short of stock in the shop
  • Able to explain to Senior Manager incase of any critical issue
