Customer Consultation
  • Assist in providing product demonstrations, skin analysis, and personalized skincare recommendations.
  • Ensure a positive, professional, and friendly customer experience.
Product Knowledge
  • Build knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
  • Stay informed on new product launches and promotions.
Inventory Management
  • Assist with stock counts, replenishment, and receiving/unpacking stock.
  • Help ensure stock accuracy and availability.
Store Cleanliness & Maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized store environment.
  • Support daily store opening and closing activities.
Cash Handling & Transactions
  • Process transactions accurately, including electronic payments and cash.
  • Handle cash responsibly and provide correct change.
Returns & Exchanges
  • Assist in processing returns/exchanges in accordance with company policies.
