Job description
Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales performance, revenue, pricing, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure all trade settlement claims are in accordance with trading terms, agreements, and sales promotion plans.
  • Validate supporting documents of trade promotional claims according to trade promotion activities.
  • Generate Gross-to-Net (GTN) and accrual balance reports for the sales team to monitor and track trade spend accruals.
  • Process pricing and rebate claims with experience in pricing and rebate processing.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
  • Fast‑track settlements by helping the sales team prepare necessary trade spend documentation.
  • Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and target setting.
  • Track sales incentives, commissions, and performance against targets.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of sales data in the systems.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc analysis for management and sales teams.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align data and insights.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Fresh graduates with good analytical skills may be considered.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English.
