Sales Advisor – Motorcycle Dealership

We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to help customers find the right motorcycle and guide them through the buying process. This role focuses on building relationships, closing sales, and delivering a great customer experience while contributing to the dealership’s sales and profitability goals.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and identify their needs and riding goals
  • Present motorcycles, features, and benefits clearly and honestly
  • Conduct test‑ride coordination and product demonstrations
  • Follow up with leads from walk‑ins, phone calls, and online inquiries
  • Close sales and transition customers smoothly to Finance
Performance & Accountability
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer and deal records in the CRM
  • Participate in daily sales meetings, training, and coaching
  • Follow dealership sales processes and compliance standards
Customer Experience
  • Deliver a professional, friendly, and transparent buying experience
  • Build long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Handle basic customer concerns and elevate when needed
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and Finance team
  • Support promotions, events, and showroom activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom floor
