Job summary

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of items.
  • Sort, label, and store items in designated warehouse locations.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Process sales orders accurately and assist in packaging.
  • Collaborate with logistics and finance teams for timely delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of items received against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Sort, label, and store items in designated warehouse locations, maintaining a clean, safe and organized storage area.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, report damaged or defective items, and coordinate reorder requests with the procurement team as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales invoices, quotes, and other required documents.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, and assist in preparing and packaging orders for shipment.
  • Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person, escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
