• Good communication skills in BM and English, Mandarin is a plus.
• Friendly and patient demeanour with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and perform independently.
• Basic computer skills including WhatsApp and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and handle inquiries professionally.
• Prepare quotations and invoices while following up with customers.
• Update orders and coordinate with the operations team.
• Record customer details and track inquiries.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and provide a positive customer experience.
