The Day-To-Day Activities
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide sales operations and administration to internal and external team
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management
  • Sales and stock planning, to have deep understanding by product and coordinate with nationwide team on stock allocation and sales plans
About You
  • At least 1 years of related working experience
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare reports and presentations
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset for operational issue resolution
