A well-established pharmaceutical company is seeking a candidate to provide sales and administrative support. The ideal applicant should have a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, with at least two years of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. Responsibilities include handling customer enquiries and coordinating with internal departments. This position is based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
2 years of working experience in related field
Computer literate - proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing applications
Good in interpersonal and communication skills
Required language(s) - English and Bahasa Malaysia
Provides sales and administrative support
Attend to customers enquiries and complaints via email, WhatsApp and phone
Coordinates with internal departments and external customers
Maintain proper records/filing of documents
Any other duties as assigned by immediate superior
