Job summary

A leading FMCG company in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage order processing, data entry in SAP, and liaise with the Logistics department for timely product delivery. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma in Business Administration and 1-3 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills. This role requires self-discipline and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in SAP system, managing customer service and data entry.
  • Experience in Distributors Management System in FMCG and/or General Trade industry.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve goals/results with minimal supervision.

  • Take orders via phone calls, e-mail, WhatsApp or any other platforms.
  • Process orders and key into the SAP System.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department for timely delivery.

Responsibilities
  • To take orders via phone calls, e-mail, Whatapps or any other platforms.
  • Ensure orders are processed and key into the SAP System and all other related matters.
  • Verify the accuracy of orders and invoices.
  • To keep and manage all the relevant document properly.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Providing data and reports to support the Sales team.
  • Involve in communication & coordination between customers and Sales team.
  • Updates the sales team by providing the stock inventory on daily basis.
  • To prepare monthly sales incentive for Sales person.
  • Perform all other related tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in business admin or equivalent.
  • Experience and knowledgeable 1-3 years in SAP system, managing customer service and data entry.
  • Preferably experience in Distributors Management System in FMCG and/or General Trade industry.
  • Have a good problem solving skill.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Self discipline.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve goals/results with minimal supervision.
