Job Description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

• Partner acquisition - acquire retail stores to sign up as SPX Buyer Self Collection Point, offering parcel collection services to Shopee buyers.
• Every sales agent will be give a list of targeted locations and agents are required to pitch SPX program to the target stores (or any eligible retail store within 250m radius from targeted locations; eligible stores = opening hours: minimum 5.5 days a week, open until 6PM)
• Handle the entire process from lead acquisition, contract signing, and delivery of Point of Sale Material (POSM), to onboarding and training of the new partners.

Requirements

• Good command of Malay and English, both written and spoken
• Good relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Able to pitch confidently & with a driven attitude to achieve sales target
• Outgoing personality and good negotiation skill
• Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management
• If shortlisted to hire, employment will be parked under our service provider.
