A prominent publishing company in Malaysia seeks an Account Servicing Executive to maintain client relationships and manage account servicing tasks. The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing and have 2-4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, is essential. This role includes responsibilities such as preparing client proposals and monitoring account performance, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Handle day-to-day account servicing tasks, including order processing, billing, and resolving client inquiries promptly.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.

Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Analyze market trends and client feedback to improve service offerings.
Monitor account performance and prepare regular sales and service reports.
