Job description
Responsibilities
  • Achieve yearly set sales quota by company.
  • Promote, increase awareness and market the company's services and products to identified potential clients.
  • Hunt, identify and secure new business opportunities, grow new logo and sell into new identified territory.
  • Upsell company end-to-end solution and services.
  • Cross-sell company overall product and services.
  • Prospect, plan, develop sales strategies and activities to meet overall sales objectives.
  • Maintain good business relationship and experience with existing customers and prospects.
  • Key principal engagement, relationship for better support to win more strategic projects/deals.
  • Complete set KPI on certification from each key principal as per Business Partnership KPI.
  • Monitor customer’s AR and assist to follow up on payment.
  • Ensure quality sales engagement and proposal.
  • Ensure strong GP margin and meeting our set SGA percentage.
  • Create and maintain a strong company image and branding at all time.
  • Establish good relationship with the company’s key principals and local partners.
  • Responsible for new market penetration and developing net new customers.
  • Work cross functionally to build strong relationships with key customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of competitors’ activities.
  • Timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecast reports and updates.
  • Provide timely accounts progress updates.
  • Inquiry to Sales processing which includes preparation of quotations, proposals, tender participations, sales presentations, Service Order Form signed off, and PO/invoice preparation processes.
  • Maintain and update the company’s customer and prospect database.
  • Coordinate the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all the functional departments in the company, particularly with Business Development and Finance.
  • Plan with the Head of Sales to execute Go-to-Market sales strategy and closing strategy.
  • Coordinate and assist on market intelligence and competitor updates.
  • Any other tasks being assigned by your superior or management.
