Seeking a proactive Sales Account Manager to join our team in Puchong, Kuala Lumpur, managing customers across the Central Region. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the semiconductor and electronics industry, with added advantage in technical or industrial product sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, retain, and grow existing customer accounts across KL, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan & Melaka.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence in the region.
  • Build strong customer relationships through regular engagement, visits, and solution discussions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and handle sales negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, operations) to meet customer needs and project requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in semiconductor, electronics, and industrial sectors.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related fields.
  • Preferably with experience in the semiconductor and electronics industry.
  • Good to have: Product or sales knowledge in test instrument, test sockets, automation equipment, or industrial MRO.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
