Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and proactive Site Safety Supervisor for a 6-month contract role at a data centre project site in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. The candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in site safety supervision, ideally within construction or industrial environments in Malaysia.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enforcing safety practices, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all on-site personnel adhere to health and safety regulations, especially in the fast-paced and sensitive environment of a data centre construction site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily site operations to ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments at the data centre site.
• Prepare safety documentation, including inspection and incident reports.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings for on-site workers and subcontractors.
• Investigate accidents or near misses and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and workers to promote safety awareness.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols in a critical infrastructure setting.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or similar role.
• Valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification (Yellow Book).
• Familiarity with OSHA and relevant Malaysian safety standards.
