Job summary

A construction safety management company is seeking a Site Safety Manager in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The role involves overseeing site safety compliance, conducting inspections, and enforcing safety protocols. Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
• Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) or pursuing registration.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Familiar with OSHA, FMA, and CIDB Safety Guidelines.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards.

• 监督日常现场活动，确保符合安全标准与操作流程。
  Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• 开展日常现场巡查、安全审计与风险辨识。
  Conduct routine site inspections, safety audits, and hazard identifications.
• 强制使用个人防护装备（PPE）及安全作业规范。
  Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
• 识别不安全行为或环境，并实施纠正/预防措施。
  Identify unsafe acts or conditions and implement corrective/preventive actions.

安全文档与合规 Safety Documentation & Compliance

• 按项目与法规要求维护并更新安全档案。
  Maintain and update Safety File in accordance with project and regulatory requirements.
• 编写并提交事故报告、未遂事故报告及安全绩效报告。
  Prepare and submit reports such as incident reports, near-miss reports, and safety performance reports.
• 确保符合DOSH、CIDB及其他相关安全法规。
  Ensure compliance with DOSH, CIDB, and other relevant local safety regulations.
• 协助准备作业许可（PTW）与作业安全分析（JSA）文档。
  Assist in the preparation of Permit to Work (PTW) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documents.

培训与意识提升 Training & Awareness

• 为工人、分包商及访客进行现场安全入职培训。
• 组织工具箱会议、安全简报与意识提升活动。
• 协助实施安全培训及消防演练。

事故管理 Incident Management

• 快速应对现场事故、紧急事件或壮况。
• 调查事故、查明根本原因，并提出纠正措施。
• 必要时与安全监管机构及医疗急救单位协调联动。

协调与支持 Coordination & Support

• 与项目团队、分包商及相关主监管机构就安全事务进行沟通协调。
• 协助工程部负责人（技术）推动公司HSE体系与文化。
• 推动安全文化的持续改进，打造健康安全的现场环境。

资格与经验 Qualifications & Experience

• 拥有职业安全与健康、环境科学或相关专业的文凭/学位。
  Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
• 已向DOSH注册为安全与健康官员（SHO），或正申请注册中。
  Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH (or pursuing registration).
• 至少拥有2–3年建筑或基础设施项目相关经验。
  Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• 熟悉《职业安全与健康法》（OSHA）、《工厂与机械法》（FMA）、CIDB安全指南及施工现场安全操作流程。
  Familiar with OSHA, FMA, CIDB Safety Guidelines, and site safety procedures.
• 良好的沟通能力和报告撰写能力。
  Good communication and reporting skills.
• 能独立工作，在高压下处理多项安全事务。
  Able to work independently and handle multiple safety tasks under pressure.
