Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day safety practices at project sites.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with company safety rules, landlord requirements, and site regulations.
  • Conduct routine site safety inspections and report unsafe conditions or practices.
  • Coordinate corrective actions with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Assist in accident, incident, and near-miss reporting and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain proper records of safety inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety documentation.
  • Assist in conducting toolbox talks and basic safety briefings for site workers and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure safe work methods are followed on site.
  • Support the Project Team in implementing safety policies and procedures.
  • Promote safety awareness and encourage a positive safety culture at the workplace.
