Job summary

A manufacturing company in Selangor, Malaysia is looking for a Safety and Health Officer. You will plan and implement safety policies, identify risks, and enforce health regulations at the workplace. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in OSH, be a registered Safety and Health Officer, and have at least 3 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in report writing are essential for maintaining compliance and conducting training sessions.

Qualifications

• Registered as Safety and Health Officer (SHO) under DOSH Malaysia.
• At least 3 years of working experience in related job roles.
• Experience in manufacturing is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement safety policies in compliance with OSH regulations.
• Identify potential hazards or safety risks.
• Advise on necessary compliance amendments for safety practices.
• Enforce OSHA 1994 at the workplace.
• Act as Secretary in Safety and Health Committee.
