Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations, preferably in an RTR or General Ledger function.
• Experience in providing offshore accounting services and managing Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for month-end closing of accounts, including journal preparation and posting.
• Perform bank reconciliation and analytical review of the Balance Sheet.
• Lead a small team of 2-3 Analysts, providing guidance and coaching.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead on process improvements.

What You'll Do:

• The RTR Senior Executive is mainly responsible for month-end closing of accounts which includes journal preparation, calculation and posting for prepayment, accrual, provision, allocation, posting of payroll and fixed asset management.
• Perform bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation and Balance Sheet analytical review and analysis.
• Handle high‑complexity accounting activities assigned by the Team Lead.
• Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to identify, recommend, and implement continuous process improvements opportunities within the current processes.
• Manages and lead a small team of2–3 Analysts, providing guidance and on‑the‑job coaching.

Who We're Looking For:

• Graduated with a bachelor’s degree, or professional certificate relevant to Finance & Accounting.
• Minimum4 years of experiencein Finance & Accounting operations, preferably in an RTR or General Ledger function.
• Experience in providing offshore accounting services to other countries, managing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process improvement/automation will be an added advantage.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of theSAPaccounting system will be an added advantage.
