Immediate Hiring – ROBOTICS APPLICATION AND COMMISSIONING ENGINEER (SENIOR)

Company Background:

Move Robotic Sdn Bhd is a leading Malaysian robotics technology company specializing in Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), AI-based robotics solutions, sensor integration, and robot deployment for industrial and commercial sectors.

We work closely with universities, government agencies, and international robotics partners to advance the future of automation in Malaysia. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a capable and reliable Robotics Application and Commissioning Engineer to support our growing operations.

Location: Nilai

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Availability: Immediate hiring

Responsibilities

  • Lead full deployment and integration of AMR systems at customer sites
  • Design mission strategies, mapping logic, and route optimization
  • Diagnose complex issues (localization errors, network instability, workflow logic)
  • Coordinate closely with customer IT/OT teams for system integration
  • Produce full documentation, handover materials, and user training
  • Act as primary technical lead during commissioning
  • Strong hands‑on experience with AMR or industrial robot deployment
  • Confident with Linux debugging and system configuration
  • Solid understanding of networking (VLAN, WiFi AP setup, routing)
  • Able to design mission logic and optimize real‑world routing
  • Comfortable leading technical discussions with customers

Bonus Skills

  • Experience integrating with WMS/WCS (API, MQTT, Modbus, PLC)
  • Knowledge of multiple AMR brands
  • Ability to develop small internal automation tools
