Basic understanding and experience in Excel (VLOOKUP & PIVOT Table) for analyzing data.

Work in fully night shifts (work from home) or rotational shifts (hybrid) including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis and provide solutions & advice upon request.
• Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to ensure user identity is genuine.
• Prepare summary reports and slides as assigned by superiors.
• Monitor and identify abnormal trends from data:
  • Identify abnormal users based on their profile.
  • Evaluate user behavior by analyzing transactional data.
  • Review eligibility of bonus applicants.
  • Monitor spikes of data and take immediate action for risk control.
