Job description

Roadside Assistant (RSA) Responsibilities

1. Each RSA task must be completed according to the established Service Level Agreement (SLA).
2. Always ensure that all provided equipment is complete and in good working condition.
3. Any task involving installation must be completed and installed neatly.
4. Carry out battery delivery and installation at the time agreed upon with the customer (new battery, warranty battery, or temporary battery).
5. Conduct vehicle inspections such as alternator, starter, and current leakage checks.
6. Provide clear explanations to customers regarding any issues identified.
7. Replace the customer’s vehicle battery if no mechanical problems are found with the vehicle.
8. Ensure the Rider Application is opened and closed according to the assigned shift schedule.
9. Regularly check the Rider Application to avoid delays in incoming tasks.
10. Complete all assigned tasks in the application.
11. Make payment for sales proceeds within the specified timeframe.
12. Deliver batteries to workshops upon receiving orders.
13. Always ensure that all provided equipment is in good condition.
14. Ensure all company assets are kept in good and safe condition.
