Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of RF optimization experience, preferably with Huawei.
• Solid understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies.
• Hands-on experience with RF optimization tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF optimization and parameter tuning for telco company sites.
• Analyze drive test data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Troubleshoot RF issues and propose optimization solutions.
• Work with DTE/DTA teams to achieve KPI targets.
• Document and report optimization activities.
