Our client is a global SaaS provider specializing in entity management, compliance, and workflow solution for trust, fund, and corporate service providers, and they are looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to join their team!

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CRO to develop and execute revenue growth strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Establish and optimize scalable processes across sales, marketing, and revenue operations to boost efficiency.
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Build dashboards and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with finance, product, operations, and tech teams to deliver integrated revenue solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience & Expertise: Minimum 5 years in revenue or sales operations, ideally within a vertical SaaS environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), marketing automation tools, Excel, and BI platforms.
  • Operational Skills: Proven ability to scale operations, manage forecasting and pipeline performance, and conduct territory analysis.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and a proactive, strategic mindset.
