Develop, implement, and track strategic sales, pricing, and distribution tactics to boost key metrics such as ADR and RevPAR.
Oversee room inventory and ensure effective management across various channels, including the hotel's property management system (PMS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Online Travel Agency (OTA) extranets, and channel managers.
Generate regular reports, review business performance, and provide recommendations to hotel leadership based on market conditions, competitor analysis, and internal data.
Support the annual revenue budget process and financial forecasting.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and reservations departments to ensure a cohesive commercial strategy. Maintain professional relationships with third‑party partners and competitor hotels.
Ensure the optimal use and maintenance of revenue management systems and related technology.
Drive revenue through effective upselling while ensuring guests receive value for money and a luxurious experience consistent with a 5‑star brand.
A minimum of 5 years of hands‑on hotel revenue management experience in a luxury or 5‑star hotel setting.
A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related analytical field is preferred.
