Qualifications

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to engage staff.
• Well-versed in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online training sessions for Singapore outlets.
• Facilitate on-the-job coaching for staff.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires.
• Observe and address skill gaps in staff.
• Track learning engagement and support training logistics.
• Promote a positive learning culture as a training ambassador.
