Customer Experience
  • Ensure every customer receives warm, personalised service.
  • Build long‑term customer relationships for repeat visits and referrals.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues smoothly.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate retail stylists.
  • Create weekly staff schedules to ensure smooth store coverage.
  • Train the team on product knowledge, styling, and service standards.
  • Maintain store discipline, punctuality, and performance standards.
Store Operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory with >98% stock accuracy.
  • Manage daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well‑presented at all times.
  • Submit weekly operational and sales reports to management.
Visual Merchandising & Ambience
  • Maintain premium visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure displays are clean, updated, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Refresh layouts during launches, promotions, or campaigns.
Events & Activations
  • Support and lead in‑store events, workshops, and brand activations.
  • Ensure smooth set‑up, RSVP management, and customer experience during events.
