A leading children's technology retailer is seeking a Store Supervisor in Johor Bahru. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure store cleanliness, and lead a team to achieve sales targets. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience in retail management and possess strong leadership and communication skills. A warm personality and a passion for kids' products and learning technology are essential. Fluency in English and Malay is required, while Mandarin is a plus.
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of the store.
Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock presentation according to brand guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels, perform stock checks, and coordinate with HQ for replenishment.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and implement action plans for improvement.
Analyze sales data and report insights to HQ (daily/weekly).
Deliver excellent service and product knowledge to customers.
Handle customer feedback, service recovery, and warranty inquiries professionally.
Supervise, train, and schedule store promoters.
Conduct daily briefing and ensure staff compliance with SOP.
Submit daily sales and footfall reports.
Coordinate with HQ Marketing for store events, promotions, and visual merchandising changes.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
A kids lover with a warm personality and genuine interest in children’s learning and technology.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Passionate about kids’ products, gadgets, and learning technology.
Fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
