Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Work to hit individual sales and other store targets.
  • Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Managers
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience for customers.
  • Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neat and tidy at all times.
  • Ensure visual merchandising is implemented efficiently.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Retail setting is beneficial for Retail Associates and necessary for Senior Retail Associates and above.
  • SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (desirable) in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in other languages, including Mandarin, is advantageous.
