Responsibilities

• Host and welcome parents and families, ensuring a warm and friendly store environment.
• Provide expert consultation on Chicco baby products, including strollers, car seats, toys, skincare, and accessories.
• Recommend the best baby care solutions tailored to parents’ needs.
• Achieve personal sales and store targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain after‑sales relationships by following up with customers and offering assistance.
• Replenish inventory and ensure the store is well‑stocked and organized.
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions smoothly.
• Perform basic housekeeping to maintain store cleanliness and a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the store PIC.
