Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, with preference given to those with experience in the construction or renovation industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in budgeting and quoting, with the ability to accurately calculate costs and pricing. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.

Capability to work independently and possess strong time management skills.

Basic knowledge of construction and an understanding of door products.

Willingness to travel outstation as required, with a personal vehicle for transportation.

Detail-oriented, responsible, able to handle pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time, including coordinating and communicating with on-site workers and suppliers.
  • Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure they are satisfied with the final results and handle any after-sales issues.
