A local bakery in Selangor is seeking candidates for a sales position. This role involves recommending products to customers, processing payments, and maintaining store cleanliness. Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent and have working experience in a related field. Excellent communication skills in Malay and English, or Mandarin, are required. Flexibility in schedule is essential including the potential for overtime and weekend shifts.
Recommend products to customers and complete the sales process.
Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Process customer payments and ensure accurate change is given.
Keep up to date with product information.
Ensure timely product shelving and neat presentation.
Maintain cleanliness in the store and work areas, ensuring food safety.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
Working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to communicate in Malay and English, or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact with people at all levels.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including OT, weekends, and holidays.
