Job summary

A health and wellness company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a motivated Sales Team member. In this role, you will promote Gintell massage chairs and fitness products while achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has at least three years of retail sales experience, a related qualification, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. The compensation package includes a basic salary plus sales commission, with the potential to earn up to RM5000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of retail sales experience, preferably in health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Malaysian citizen or valid residency status required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and engaging experience.
• Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets (weekly, monthly, and annually) through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on enquiries, leads, and after-sales service.
• Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and capture new leads.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of retail sales experience, preferably within a similar industry (health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics).
• Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or possess valid residency status.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
