Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to company and country standards, as well as established operational procedures across all departments to improve retail outlet quality.
• Lead and manage staff to deliver efficient, high-quality service to both account and walk-in customers.
• Oversee and ensure consistent delivery of customer-focused service at all retail outlets.
• Coordinate closely with the Marketing team to implement promotional programs and facilitate direct marketing redemptions at retail locations.
• Explore opportunities to drive new business and maximize revenue from existing outlets.
• Continuously improve the operational efficiency and service quality of all retail outlets.
