A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Retail Operations Manager for their client in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves overseeing daily operations of multiple outlets, ensuring quality and compliance, and developing strategies to enhance service and profitability. Candidates should have at least 5 years of retail operations experience, preferably in food and beverages, along with strong leadership and communication skills. An attractive remuneration package, including bonuses and health insurance, is offered.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage retail operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all outlets. You will be responsible for maintaining profitability, high-quality products, and exceptional service levels.
Oversee Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations across all outlets.
Visit Outlets: Regularly visit 2-3 outlets per week to maintain quality and service.
Develop Strategies: Create and execute purchasing strategies to meet outlet needs.
Maintain Standards: Ensure staff discipline, cleanliness, and stock control.
Respond to Complaints: Address guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Execute Promotions: Oversee promotions, events, and special offers at outlet level.
Monitor Stock: Ensure accurate stock ordering and monthly stock counts.
Prepare Reports: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to local liquor laws and health regulations.
Train Staff: Coach and train outlet supervisors and staff on SOPs and best practices.
Conduct Audits: Perform outlet audits to ensure compliance with brand standards.
Provide Feedback: Offer feedback to Operations Executive for documentation and reporting.
Qualifications: Diploma or Higher/Degree in any field or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations management with proven F&B or retail operations management experience managing multiple outlets.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and excellent communication and training abilities.
Knowledge: Wines & spirits knowledge is a must.
Abilities: Ability to adapt to client needs, develop successful working relationships, and handle multiple outlets.
Leadership: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
