A customer service leader in Malaysia is seeking candidates to assist walk-in customers with professionalism and handle inquiries about products and services. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for resolutions and maintaining customer-friendly records. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. This role offers a competitive salary range of RM2,150 – RM3,500 based on experience, along with structured training and career growth opportunities.
Location: Sunway Pyramid / Pavilion Bukit Jalil / Sunway Square / TTDI / Bangsar Village II / Uptown Damansara
Assist walk-in customers with professionalism.
Handle product, service, and warranty inquiries.
Register and follow up on service requests/complaints.
Coordinate with internal teams for resolutions.
Maintain records and ensure a customer-friendly environment.
Experience in customer service is an advantage.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
5 days work week (2 off days, rotational).
9:00am – 10:30pm (mall operation hours).
Basic Salary: RM2,150 – RM3,500 (based on experience)
