Job summary

A retail company in Kuantan is seeking a Retail Assistant to support daily store operations, provide exemplary customer service, and maintain store cleanliness. Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling transactions, replenishing stock, and adhering to store safety protocols. The ideal candidate should have a minimum SPM, a driving license, and preferably some retail experience. Candidates must be physically fit and able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in locating products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading and organizing incoming stock.
• Perform regular stock checks and report low inventory levels.
• Keep the store clean and organized, especially in high-traffic areas.
• Handle basic customer complaints or escalate to a supervisor when needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and store policies.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Driving license (D), can drive a manual transmission car.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Male preferred (Physically fit and able to lift heavy items).
