Job description

As a Retail Area Manager at Jump Retail Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple retail stores within the Kuala Lumpur City Centre region. This full-time role is a crucial part of ensuring the success and growth of our retail business.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist to achieve the regional sell through/out targets
• Responsible in regional team management
• Responsible in regional event planning, including roadshows, dealer gathering, in-store promotions & etc
• Responsible in regional manpower expansion
• Responsible in regional retail activity, including retail display, retail report submission and maintaining retail image & etc
• Oversee the brand outlets construction projects

What we’re looking for

• Significant experience (5+ years) in a retail management role, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability within a multi-site retail operation
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
