Qualifications

  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold SOP.
  • Ensure high standards of service efficiency.
  • Assist the restaurant manager as needed.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties required by management.

Requirements:

  • Min. SPM/STPM.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in kitchen is preferred.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Responsible and independent.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibility:

  • To assist and lead service
  • To ensure day-to-day operations are in line with the direction set out by the managementteam
  • To communicate constructively and efficiently with team members and managers
  • To do daily stock checks and monthly stock takes along with its reports
  • To submit any report i,e but not limited to end of day report, closing and opening checklist report, are correctly and accurately submitted
  • Assists and carry out all operations designated by Management
  • Assists with ordering supplies and managing inventory
  • To ensure cleanliness and SOP being uphold
  • Ensure a high standard of service efficiency, sanitation, and training
  • Assists restaurant manager as and when required
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required by Management
