  • Forecast food and beverage revenues and expenses to meet goals.
  • Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of food and beverages.
  • Prepare profit and loss analysis for upcoming promotions.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) by crew members.

Responsibilities
  • Managers are in charge of managing food and beverage operations in the kitchen and other food and beverage outlets or units in a hospitality establishment.
  • To monitor and control food & beverage inventories and turnover.
  • To prepared and submit required information for budgeting purposes, timely and accurately.
  • To check and analyze daily covers, average check and sales.
  • To monitor and forecast food & beverage revenues and expenses to ensure company goals are met on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • To ensure consistency of quality, taste, presentation, temperature of food & beverage served in restaurants is good.
  • To prepare P & L analysis of all upcoming promotions.
  • To ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are being followed by all crew members.
  • To ensure the mascot appearance always has an event related.
