Job description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our F&B team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, hands-on, and capable of managing daily restaurant operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, schedule, and motivate F&B staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene in accordance with hotel and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
  • Manage reservations, table arrangements, and guest flow during peak periods.
  • Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team on menu planning, promotions, and food cost control.
  • Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily sales reconciliation.
  • Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; manage ordering and stock control.
  • Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and training sessions to support staff development.
  • Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with food safety and hotel policies.
  • Analyze sales performance and propose strategies to increase revenue.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment at all times.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in F&B.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service mindset and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and restaurant operations.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
