Responsibilities

• Maintain critical standards in service speed and quality, workflows, and floor layouts.
• Memorize manuals and explain the menu to customers.
• Maintain a friendly attitude and communicate effectively with customers, meeting their needs appropriately.
• Perform all service position roles according to SOP or any ad‑hoc duties.
• Specialization in F&B is advantageous.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitary, and cleanliness standards of the outlets.
