We are a boutique hospitality group operating properties across Peninsular Malaysia. Join our team at our eco‑tourism‑focused rainforest lodge property located in Pahang.

We are seeking an experienced candidate who possesses a comprehensive skill set to oversee and manage the day‑to‑day operations of our boutique hotel lodge to international hospitality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to effectively manage front office, housekeeping, kitchen, and restaurant departments.
  • Drive ongoing profitability of the lodge by implementing strategic initiatives to meet revenue targets while prioritizing guest satisfaction.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills to promptly respond to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain strict adherence to hotel lodge operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures, and service standards to uphold the reputation of our establishment.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to lodge operation employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and take charge of training new personnel in the park, conducting interviews and coordinating training programs.
  • Take responsibility for purchase requests of equipment, inventories, and supplies essential to hotel lodge operations, ensuring efficient procurement processes.
