Qualifications

• Local Malaysian citizen.
• At least 8 years of experience in hotel/resort/building services.
• Pre-opening experience would be an advantage.
• Have specialized knowledge on water treatment, hydraulics, mechanics, etc.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of maintenance and safety standards.
• Develop and oversee the maintenance plan for facilities.
• Assist Chief Engineer with budgets and evaluations.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and training.
