About the role

K.K.I.P. SDN. BHD' is seeking an experienced Residential Sales and Operations Senior Executive for our Kota Kinabalu office. This is a contract position that plays a crucial role in driving sales and overseeing operations for our residential property developments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive property sales.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales executives.
  • Liaise with clients and potential buyers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including contract negotiations and closings.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Qualifications
